Lucinda has a radio add that offers a free tape. I called for the free tape, & was subjected to the most high pressure sales attempt I’ve experienced in quite some time. They practically insisted I go ahead & order the whole program under a “money back if unsatisfied in 30 days” attempt. I told them 3 times & quite clearly NO! They hung up on me…

To my way of thinking, the majority of her callers are already depressed and/or nervous, and to handle them this way is unethical. What if I was suicidal (I’m not)? This could have been the final straw. When you market to depressed people, this needs to be considered.

Based on this, I’ll never read another one of her books. This one was a complete waste of my hard earned $$, & I’ll not buy, read, or recomend any of her products.

I found “Embracing the Dread” by Judith Bemis and Amr Barrada to be much more helpful.

This books did not fit the discription. It was labeled as “Excellent Condition” but in reality it is a very ancient book. The fading of the pages makes it unreadable. I was very diepleased!!!

Robert Handly’s book is easily one of the most helpful books I have experienced. The life lesson being educated is much greater than how to defeat dread and panic; it highlights the importance of self-persona, self-confidence and positive attitude. This is no cliche’-Handly shares this life changing information in a way that only a person having first-hand experience with panic can. The author offers what seems to be an outrageous thought- panic disorder was the best thing to ever happen to him!

Fifteen years ago, I suffered from panic, dread and depression. Just a weekend read of this book started me on a journey of self-discovery. I have loved the full recovery that Handly said was possible; my outlook on life and my world view have transformed into a much more gorgeous vista. I now agree…panic disorder was the pivotal event in my life that forced me to exchange the polarity of my unenthusiastic outlook.

Read this book and be in no skepticism that it may just exchange your life.

I have used the book personally and I have given copies of this book to several friends who have panic and anxiety attacks and they have used the techniques successfully.

Very simple to read and apply. Expect results within a week.
