    it deffinatley helped me out but I found that alot of the information and phrases are used over and over again owing to out the boook which made it dull to read . I baught this book because its foreworded by Jon Kinn but it did not have his style. I also did not like the cheap white paper its printed on , it feels like a cheap copy that somone made at home with a photocopy mahcine.

    This book was very helpful in understanding axiety and how to work in nervous environments. I would recommend this reading to someone who want to learn more about the subject.

    This book was quite helpful in grasping the usefulness of meditation. I have tried repose techniques before, but this book revealed how useful it really is. I originally read the book because the author was being interviewed by The Graedons on THE PEOPLES PHARMACY radio show. I got a copy from the store and liked it so much I really bought my own copy from Amazon.

    Initially the book seemed repetitive and I nearly quit reading it, but I persevered and found it to be quite helpful. I find it most useful when I awaken in the middle of the night and my mind “turns on” and will not turn off. Using what I learned in this book, I can turn off my mind and get back to sleep 9 times out of 10.

    If you endure from anxiety or a deep dread, you are not alone; this is a part of the human condition. But we don’t have to endure endlessly because anxiety has an internal structure in the form of unenthusiastic view and beliefs powered by emotional energy that has be converted into frozen in place. Uncover these patterns of unenthusiastic view and you are on the way to making significant exchange. As a mindfulness-based psychotherapist, I use mindfulness as the primary tool for doing just this, and I would recommend anyone to learn more about the remedial use of mindfulness in conjunction with excellent self-analysis. I also recommend ‘The Path of Mindfulness Meditation’ available owing to Amazon.

    The book is clearly on paper and simple to know. I even felt cool reading the book. It gives clear instructions on meditation practices to be used to help combat panic, dread and anxiety.
