My Aunt sent me this CD, as I have major anxiety. The first few times I listened to it, honestly, my first impression was that Christopher Like’s voice came across to me as seeming to be very condescending, like he was looking down on me as he spoke. I tried to listen to it once more, with a more open mind, as I hadn’t listened to this type of tape before, and I guess it was MY ego that got in the way. I am very critical of voices, and I have always relaxed much better to a woman’s voice, but his, once you stop looking for negatives, (like me), and just listen to what he’s saying, he’s fantastic. I listen to his voice nearly each night now. I also bought a link more of his Cd’s! I want to get more, as far as I’m concerned, whatever the title is called matters not at all to me, as long as it’s by him, it’s got to be the best. I loved the way that he keeps saying that anxiety feelings will pass. He said it’s like looking at a depiction on the wall as you walk by, you walk by, and then it’s gone. Yes, and that’s how anxiety is. I’m not kidding, I like this Cd. Thanks Sandy-mom and thank-you so much Christopher Like!
