Overall it’s a fantastic product… The application is simple to use, practical, and well designed. I found that the online journaling concept helped me actively express my feelings and keep an organized and systematic tracking of my progress.

I did a fantastic deal of research on journaling software for my computer, finalizing my choice on “My Therapy Journal”. Today my “product” arrived in the mail. It was only a username and password, along with instructions on how to log in online. I specifically did not want an online journaling tool, despite its password protection. Nowhere in the description did this product detail that I was really export an “online membership.” And the cost was also a consideration… I thought I would be purchasing software for my computer, and the price is really only excellent for ONE YEAR of an online membership. Again, nowhere in the product description was this detailed. I called customer service and had to leave a message with my phone number. A few days ago, I was very excited to receive this software, which required a CD-ROM in the amazon.com description. Ultimately, I cannot note on the product itself, as I will not use an online tool to journal and submit my private view, no matter how many passwords they allow me to have. Very disappointed, and more disappointed that I cannot take to my new journaling software to vent about it!!!
